The MAeX trade show concept: Manufacturing Excellence or “How to optimize the lifecycle of production machines”
The ultimate challenge for every production company is no longer restricted to the choice of the production machine type. Equipment referred to as “lean machines” is being used more and more frequently, since it allows tremendous flexibility and can be utilized on series of various sizes. The greatest challenges of a production company are the setup and the integration of the machines with respect to future production, automation on and around the machine and finding the right service and support partners that allow for the minimization of breakdowns and maintenance costs as well as the optimization of the machines’ production output and lifespan.
MAeX is the meeting platform par excellence for production companies that are on the lookout for solutions, products or suppliers of goods or services who:
• supply technology, products or services that help maintain machine parks and keep them in optimum condition;
• supply technology, products or services that flawlessly connect the production process with its peripherals and that implement, support and map factory automation;
• supply technology, products or services in the form of services, support, monitoring and software interventions that allow both personnel and machines to function with as much training and support and as little failures as possible.
Due to the fact that MAeX will be combined to Metapro 2010, the trade show’s first edition will benefit from a solid visitor attendance from the metal working industry. Coupled to an intensive campaign that will target Belgian production companies, MAeX will be the first targeted meeting for maintenance, automation, service and support solutions for production machines.
